Play Flash Games On iPad Using iSwifter

Due to a stand-off between the two giant companies, Adobe Flash Player is banned on Apple devices.

Recently though, Apple has allowed Flash-based applications on the iTunes store and one of the applications allowed was iSwifter.

iSwifter is a cloud-based servece that allows iPad owners to play Flash games on online gaming sites such as on Facebook, Yahoo Games among others.

For now iSwifter runs only on the iPad but, according to founder Rajat Gupta, will be compatible with the iPhone and iPod "in a couple of weeks" followed by Android support and Windows Phone 7.

iSwifter is freely distributed via the Apple app store.
