Simon Stanford, managing director for the mobile division of Samsung UK and Ireland, has confirmed that the Android-based Galaxy Tab will be released on All Saints Day in the UK.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab comes with a 1GHz, 512MB RAM, a 7-inch WSVGA capacitive touchscreen, front and rear camera, 3G connectivity, and runs on Android OS 2.2 and compatible with Flash 10.1.

Although Samsung has announced the release date for the Galaxy Tab, prices are yet to be announced.
