What I couldn't actually say about what it feels like to be an I.T. in the corporate world about management and users is now being said in a really funny way via a new webcomic series which allows IT professionals to share their worst fail moments from their time doing tech support. Users can even vote on their favorite strips, and guess who's behind it all? Yep, Microsoft has suddenly found a fantastic sense of humor. By poking fun at its own flaws, it’s managed to put a human face on a previously imposing corporation. Here's one of the "FAIL" comic strips:
