Recently, AMD executives et al have been seen around Apple's Cupertino Campus to help Apple work on AMD-based Macs. I've seen a lot of Hackintoshes actually working on AMD architecture so that should really be no problem at all. If talks fall through, it would a deal breaker. This could be a major blow for Microsoft as it would really drive the prices of Macs down meaning more Apple fanboys [maybe I could be one too!] and revenue!
